Terms of service

Last updated 13 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Odona.ai and any credits or plan you buy. Please read section 2 in particular: it describes what Odona is for, and what it deliberately is not.

1. Who these terms are between

Odona.ai is published and operated by Inflexion-AI, a French société par actions simplifiée à associé unique with share capital of €100.00, registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, registered under 108 232 364 R.C.S. Paris ("we", "us"). Full publisher details are on the legal notice.

They apply between us and you, whether you use the free tier or buy credits. By creating an account you accept them; by completing a purchase you accept the version shown to you at that moment.

2. What Odona is — and what it is not

Odona.ai is an analytical tool. It is an assistance tool for individual and professional investors: it gathers market data, news and fundamentals, runs them through automated analysis, and presents the result as scorecards, rankings, briefings and lists.

The final investment decision is taken by you. Nothing Odona produces is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument, and nothing it produces is personalised to your circumstances, objectives, experience or financial situation.

We are not an investment adviser, an investment services provider, a portfolio manager, or a financial intermediary, and we are not registered or authorised as any of these. We provide no investment advice within the meaning of the French Monetary and Financial Code or of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), no investment research, and no solicitation.

Markets carry risk. Past performance does not predict future results, and the value of an investment can fall as well as rise. You may lose some or all of the money you invest. If you need advice, consult a professional authorised to give it.

Odona's output is generated in part by automated systems and large language models. These can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Verify anything you intend to act on.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. One person, one account; keep your password to yourself and tell us through the contact form if you believe someone else has used it.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in which case we refund any credits you bought and have not used, unless the breach was fraudulent.

4. Credits and plans

Paid analyses are metered in credits. A scorecard costs 1 credit; a Stock Picker run costs 2. New accounts receive a small number of free credits so you can try the service before paying.

There are two ways to obtain more:

  • Credit packs — a one-off purchase of 20, 50 or 100 credits. Purchased credits do not expire.
  • Pro monthly plan — 50 credits granted at the start of each billing period. Plan credits expire at the end of the period they were granted for and do not roll over.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money. Where an account holds both kinds, the credits that expire soonest are spent first.

If an analysis fails through a fault on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. A completed analysis whose conclusion you disagree with is not a fault.

5. Prices, payment and VAT

Prices are shown in euros on the purchase page and include VAT where it applies. VAT is calculated on the billing address you give at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; we never see or store your card number. Your invoices are available from the billing area of your account.

We may change prices. A change never affects credits you have already bought, and for a plan it applies from the following billing period, after at least 30 days' notice by email — so you can cancel first if you do not agree.

6. Changing your mind: 14 days

As a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from it, without giving a reason. We do not ask you to waive that right, and buying credits does not extinguish it.

To exercise it, tell us before the 14 days are up — a message through the contact form, or an email to [email protected], saying you are withdrawing is enough. You may use the form in the appendix below, but you do not have to. We will acknowledge it.

What you get back depends on what you have used:

  • Credits you have not spent — refunded in full. If you have not run a single analysis, you get the whole purchase price back.
  • Credits you have spent — we retain what they cost. Where you have already run analyses, we refund the balance and retain the amount corresponding to the credits used. Each analysis, once run, has been performed and its cost incurred, so that part is not returned.

For the Pro plan the same 14 days run from the day you subscribe, on the same basis: we refund what you paid, less the amount corresponding to the credits you have already used.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of being told, by the same means you paid, at no charge to you.

7. Refunds outside those 14 days

After the withdrawal period, credits are not refundable and a partly used pack is not refunded pro rata. Two things are unaffected by that:

  • Failed analyses. If a run fails through a fault on our side, its credit returns to your balance automatically — that is not a refund, it is the credit never having been properly spent.
  • Your legal guarantees. Nothing here limits the legal guarantee of conformity or your rights if the service is defective or not as described.

Beyond that, we review refund requests individually. There is no automatic entitlement once the 14 days have passed, but if you bought by mistake, were charged twice, or something has plainly gone wrong, send us a message through the contact form with your account email and the date and amount of the charge. We look at every request and would rather fix a problem than stand on a clause. Any refund we make in these circumstances is a goodwill decision and does not set a rule for later requests.

8. Renewal and cancellation of the plan

The Pro plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing area of your account or through the contact form.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access and your plan credits until then; you are not billed again; and no partial refund is due for the remainder of that period.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute or republish Odona's output as your own product, or present it as investment advice to others;
  • scrape, mirror or bulk-extract the service, or use it through automated means beyond the interfaces we provide;
  • share one account between several people, or resell access;
  • attempt to circumvent credit metering, rate limits or authentication;
  • use the service unlawfully, or to break the terms of the market data we license.

You keep ownership of what you write into the service — your lists, notes and the focus you give an analysis. We use it to run the service for you, not to train models for other customers.

10. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep Odona available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw features.

Market data, fundamentals, news and analyst figures come from third-party providers. Prices may be delayed. We do not warrant that any of it is accurate, complete or current, and we are not responsible for a provider's errors or outages.

11. Our liability

We are liable for damage we cause you by failing to perform these terms, as French law provides. We are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or decisions you take on the basis of Odona's output — section 2 explains why: the decision is yours.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited — in particular for death or personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence — our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits the rights French consumer law gives you.

12. Your personal data

What we collect and why is set out on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand, and you may close your account before it takes effect. The version that governs a purchase is the one shown to you when you made it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, that does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Please write to us first — most things are settled that way. If we cannot agree, the competent courts of Paris, France have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer you may also bring the matter before the courts where you live.

Appendix — model withdrawal form

You do not have to use this form; any clear statement will do. To Inflexion-AI, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, [email protected] — by post, by email, or through the contact form:
